For BSL users:
My view, all families have right to support when having a baby. Unfortunately, many Deaf people not access support.
Why? Lack of Deaf awareness, funding and services. Not equal.
Me have qualification BSL Level 3. I want to help Deaf families from my experience as a mother myself. I know this can be happy time but also difficult and lonely.
I want Deaf families to feel more included in society all the time but, especially when they have their babies. I feel my support is really, really important at this emotional and challenging time.
No matter who Deaf in family- Mother, father or child, should have access to the right support.

I feel passionate about all families having the right to receive support on their journey into parenthood. Sadly, this isn't always the case and a lot of Deaf women and families do not have the same access to support as hearing people do.
I hold a BSL Level 3 certifiate and am delighted to be able to provide Deaf families with Doula support. Whether you're a Deaf mother, partner or child; I feel that the same invaluable support should be accessible to all at this precious and challenging time.
My support includes all of the services listed above and more. Please get in touch if you or someone you know could benefit from this support at:

Cancer Support
A cancer diagnosis — whether for you or a loved one — can feel overwhelming, isolating, and unpredictable. I provide practical, emotional, and personalised support to help you navigate this challenging time.
My aim is to create a safe, compassionate space where you feel listened to, supported, and understood. Sessions are tailored to your needs and can include:
Emotional support and a non-judgemental listening ear
Guidance on managing day-to-day practicalities within the home
Help navigating appointments, treatment plans, or family communication
Support can be offered one-off or ongoing, in person or remotely, depending on what works best for you in the moment.
I’m here to help you feel held, empowered, and less alone as you navigate cancer treatment and recovery.

Nest Mama Calm Support
Sometimes you don’t need advice or solutions — you just need space.
I offer one-off, 50-minute support sessions as a calm, non-judgemental space to talk things through, reflect, and leave feeling a bit steadier.
This is not therapy or coaching — there’s no fixing, no pressure, and no ongoing commitment.

What Calm Support is
50–60 minutes of dedicated, confidential time
A calm, safe space to be heard
Gentle reflection and perspective, if helpful
Clear start and end — no follow-up expected
People often use these sessions when they feel:
Overwhelmed or stuck
Emotionally overloaded
Unsure what they think or feel
Like they need to say things out loud to someone neutral
What Calm Support isn't
Therapy
Coaching
Crisis support
Advice-giving or problem-solving (unless you ask)
If you need structured treatment or ongoing support, I can help you think about other options.
